The Suite Apartment

The Boutique Suite, also accessible from Corso Italia, overlooks another of our city’s main streets, Largo Guglielmo Marconi. It boasts a cadastral area of 62 square meters and features a spacious entrance hall, a double bedroom furnished with antique furniture, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV, a balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is enriched by two antique early 1900s stained-glass windows from England, crafted with leaded glass in various tones. The spaces are air-conditioned and soundproofed with state-of-the-art fixtures.

The apartment also features a handcrafted sliding door made from reclaimed antique wood. Rich in details and tastefully and originally furnished, the apartment is ideal for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

For families or groups of friends (3 or 4 guests), the Boutique Suite includes the Skylight Room. This room is arranged with either a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. It is illuminated by a large skylight with natural ventilation and enriched with an antique niche and a finely restored and hand-decorated 17th-century door. The room is equipped with independent air conditioning and is designed to ensure the same comfort and attention to detail as the rest of the apartment.
